Return & Exchange Policy.
I am pleased to offer to all online customers a full refund or exchange on any unwanted items within 14 days from the purchase date. PLEASE NOTE- customers are liable for return postage costs.
To return your order please notify me in writing at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase stating your name, address, order number and reason for the return. After receiving our confirmation, you can return the goods to us.
Generally, it will take up to 2-5 business days. Once I have received your item(s) in acceptable condition, I will send you a confirmation email upon processing the refund.
Depending on your bank, processed credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your credit card account.
